This was my second visit to Nonsuch Mansion within a week and, although the weather was familiar, the wedding was a different affair. Bita and Seun and their guests had arrived from several different continents to be at the wedding.

The wedding ceremony was held in the Orchid Room at the mansion and during the ceremony (as well as the drinks reception) the string trio Blue Topaz played in their own unique style.
Bita’s dress was from Ian Stuart in London and her gorgeous shoes were by Gina.

The bride’s bouquet and all of the flower arrangements were created by Hybrid The Florist.

The bride and groom live in Switzerland (although are originally from Iran and Nigeria respectively) so decided to employ the services of wedding planner Helen Carter Weddings. Helen and her team made sure that everything ran like clockwork.

I was recently commisioned to take the portrait of wedding planner Erika Unbehaun of FlutterFly Events. The sitting took place at Erika’s apartment in Canary Wharf and I was really pleased with the results so I’m sharing a few here on the blog.

I’m going to be working with FlutterFly in August on a fabulous wedding in central London and will publish the first photographs here.

Last week I had a meeting at St Luke’s church in Chelsea with Erika Unbehaun of Flutterfly Events. Whilst I was there I grabbed a few photographs on my iPhone and afterwards strolled up the Kings Road to Peter Jones and along the way took a few more.
Here are a couple of the photographs from the church the first showing the imposing tower of St Luke’s and the second, Erika hard at work on her notes:

On the way to Sloane Square I passed one of my favourite roads in London, Royal Avenue, which runs off The Kings Road:

Finally, here is a photograph I took from the escalator in
Peter Jones whilst heading up to the haberdashery department

Congratulations to Victoria and Simon who, as Euphoric Flowers, have just celebrated their 5th year in business.
To mark the occasion they threw a candle lit party at their studio in Fulham and then invited along some of the friends and colleagues who have played a part in the Euphoric Story. Regular followers of my blog will no doubt recognise the ‘usual suspects’ who have appeared here before but there are one or two new faces too.
So, first we have a photograph of the Euphoric team making a wish for the future of mankind:
Next up it’s a quartet of gorgeous London wedding planners:
From left to right we have Erika Unbehaun, Kelly Chandler, Siobhan Craven-Robins and Amanda Sherlock.
Finally it’s time for coiffure et maquillage:
On the left we have
Lina Cameron and she is discussing all things hair and make-up with the guys from
Hepburn Collection, Roz and Severin Hubert.

I was really delighted recently when London Wedding Planner Lester Gethings of No.10 Wedding Design and Manangement asked me if I would take some portrait shots of him for PR use.
And so it was, that last Friday we spent the morning in a studio near Wandsworth Bridge eating Gü Chocolate Naughties and capturing Lester in various outfits.
I’ll post some of the great images we captured when they are ready but for now, here’s just one of the photographs I took:
