Lloyd September 27th, 2009

Lucy and Charlie were married in the Rossetti Room at Chelsea Register Office at 2pm. The weather in London was beautiful with temperatures in to the 20′s and a warm, late summer, sun putting a smile on everybodies face. Perfect weather for a wedding!

The Rossetti Room (named after the local Victorian artist,
Dante Rossetti) was the perfect setting for the Bride and Groom and their twelve guests. There was a Stevie Wonder theme in the music chosen for the wedding ceremony; the Bride walked in with her Father to ‘I was born to Love Her’; as the marriage certificate was signed ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered’ was played (natch!) and as the newlyweds left the ceremony room we could hear the uplifting ‘For Once In My Life’.

We then drove out to the suburbs of West London for the wedding reception at
Cambridge Cottage which sits on the edge of
Kew Gardens. Before a further forty or so guests arrived I was lucky enough to take the Bride and Groom for a walk around the gardens where we got some fabulous shots in the late afternoon light. Lucy looked gorgeous in her
Vera Wang dress and
Jimmy Choo shoes and she was wearing a fluffy throw that I couldn’t stop stroking (is that wrong?).

The wedding now over, the happy couple are off for a short break in Paris with a longer honeymoon planned for the New Year.

I love this bride’s dress! You really captured some beautiful emotions. She should be really happy with her wedding photography!
Her dress is fantastic, and I love the shot of them on the bench. Also I’m really liking the vintage style of the photograph where she is signing the book.
Love the first photo—nice work.
Lloyd, nice series, great capture of the bride & groom walking out of the church. I really like the detail shots too!
Your wedding photography is simply amazing. Keep up the great work!!

I love that first bouquet shot, Lloyd. Those flowers rock. The 4th from the last is a great one as well.
Lovely photojournalistic work. The images have a very fresh feel about them.
The first Bridal Portrait by the wall is stunning. What a great look! Thanks
